The Animal is the Political

When we think about politics, we rarely include other animals. However, nearly every decision we make socially and politically affects other animals, and their presence in the world affects us just as profoundly. Animocracy seeks to ask questions that challenge a non-inclusive political and social world, and invite animals into the conversation.

Animocracy was created and is hosted by Jordan Reichert.
Jordan worked professionally in the field of animal advocacy and politics for 8 years in Canada, bringing a unique perspective to the animal advocacy movement. He has been an activist, community organizer, and volunteer for over a decade, and continues to try and find ways to improve the treatment and status of animals today.
